Another object of the invention is to provide a magnetic bearing for a rotary body wherein the rotary body can be supported with maximum precision. Yet another object of the invention is to provide a magnetic bearing with maximum precision wherein the internal play which arises in the ball bearing, and which is caused by the centrifugal forces, is reduced.
